I think that the glam animatronics (apart from glamrock freddy) aren't posed by any ghost/MCI, their concienses/personalities are created from all part.
The reason why they're aggressive is that glichtrap or/and burntrap can control them (glam. Freddy can be controlled).
Sundrop is reluctant, but not Moondrop. That's why he absolutely doesn't want the light to be turned off (he doesn't want to hurt you (i think)).
Vanessa tries to find you, bc she knows the danger, but can be controlled with the mask.
When she's under control(become Vanny), she plays the princess's quest in her mind.
