Hey, everyone!
As I said in my (very brief) December devlog the other day, I will begin writing for FNaF World: Edge of Time's remake in January! We've finished outlining the games main story and have a pretty solid idea of the direction we're going to be taking things in. There's likely going to be some changes depending on how the writing process goes, but hopefully it'll still be to our vision. The Refreshed team has been hard at work on the next version of FNaF World: Refreshed, so I haven't really been pestering them to assist with Edge of Time in recent weeks. With Christmas coming soon, I think a much needed break for everyone will be nice.
Some of you might be wondering when the game page is going to go up. I can't guarantee it will be any time soon. I want for us to at least have some of the games basic functions completed before we create a game page. Since we don't have a complete script yet, that also means we don't really have much done in the way of gameplay assets. I think this is a good thing, though. We're taking our time with this project to make sure it turns out the best it can be. I feel like a mistake I made with the original was trying to get it out so quickly. So doing the opposite for the remake only makes sense.
I will let you all know that I have been trying to come up with a FNaF related project to get out before Edge of Time. I won't say exactly what it is and if it's a game or not, but trust me in that it's not going to be very big or very unique. It'll probably be much shorter than the Edge of Time remake too. Keep your eyes peeled for more information on that in the coming months!
That's all for now! Happy Holidays, everyone!
