Progress with the multiplayer

Since we had some extra time in our hands, we kinda decided to try to make a multiplayer mode and yes, this IS very buggy and unstable

Okay, so the update was basically ready for release but..

Since there is a new chart system, we will have to work on that and add another delay on 1.7
