Yes, you can stream or play the game on YouTube, obviously. The game uses copyright-free music and sounds from sites such as FreeSound and OpenGameArt (we don't need composers), however; I am not sure on the elevator songs. They use music from this Internet Archive collection. The reason because I say "unsure" is because I recognize some songs on there, such as "Only You". So, it'll be a gamble if "Is this gonna shoot you in the foot?"
