found a bug ! hangman from Canvas's Blessing can remove location efects beacuse they are technicly purple penalties . (So Canvas's Blessing you aren't so outclassed after all )

Found another glitch . when you pick custom start for the rest of the run you can pick penalties you get from Gabriels badge the same if you picked it while doing a custom start.
Update is out ! enjoy 10 new penalties , 2 locations and 4 trophies/achicments !
