Once upon a time, there was a man named Captain Lou who made fnaf fangames in the almighty, powerful Scratch engine. But one day, he got up from his bed, went to the mirror, and realized he hated the Scratch engine, and decided to steal the hit Undertale engine Game Maker featuring amazing games like Undertale and, uh, Deltarune.

With this new power, he made the masterpiece that is Frickbears 3, featuring Fritz from FNAF 2, but as an actual character.

But fuck Frickbears 3 let’s talk about the second one. Yall will never know the reason why.

Here’s the beautiful menu with all the Scratch ch*rm. Jokes aside, I do really like this style. It probably has my favorite art style out of any Scratch game I’ve played.

We start the game up and uh, the intro is a reference to Wario land 4? i mean sure why not.

The driver ends up running over a paper which lands in Springtraps hands.

In case it wasn't obvious enough already, YOU are Wario.

Five years ago, Wario was the owner of Freddy Frickbears Pizza, but one of his employees was a SNITCH, and he SNITCHED to the cops about Wario being, well, Wario....

Wario, being unironically one of the richest characters in all of fiction, got himself bailed out of jail. When he gets out, he reads the newspaper and finds out they’re reopening Frickbears without him.

Wario decides to become the night guard to see what the fuck the new owners are doing.

We got three difficulties Easy, Normal, and Hard for now lets go with Normal.

Night 1 starts and here's our beautiful office

We have a Phone Guy who does Phone Guy stuff, who's sadly not as entertaining as the ones in Frickbears 3, so just forget about him he doesn't exist.... He'll be more important later.

Now, onto the animatronics. On Night 1, we got Freddy and the gang, and the Puppet.

If you've played 3 you already know how they work, but just in case.

Bonnie and Chica go to the left and right door when their eyes show up close it.

Foxy is just Foxy, when you hear him running close the left door here's a render of him.

The Puppet you gotta reset the music when the ! shows up.

Freddy laughs whenever he moves close the door depending on the side he comes from.

For The temperature mechanics if it gets too high, press X to turn on the fan to cool down. Whenever you defend against someone that is not the Puppet, you get a Frick Coin! For now, they won't do anything, but they'll become much more useful later.

The power is REALLY tight, which makes sense, ’cause the nights are super short.

And, uh, yeah—that's everything so far. BUT before we move onto Night 2, we get a call by someone telling us we have one last job to do...

Welcome to the fnaf 1 location!

The Fredbear plush tells us that, because the game needs more characters to defend against, you have to go find them in older locations. Yep, he totally said that.

The fnaf 1 location has all the Withereds except Golden Freddy. For this playthrough, I got Withered Foxy and Chica.

You can technically salvage someone else too, but... maybe for another time. Maybe.

Finally, onto Night 2. The Phone Guy asks us if you brought any older models back when we were salvaging (yes). Welp, you better know how to deal with it, ’cause obviously he doesn't. But fear not I will tell you what to do, because I like ya.

We got the 2 Withereds and BB. The hell did he come from?

Forgot to say this in the night 1 part but we got a vent system which Chica and bb can go to.

As you can see, we have an audio lure and can, well, lure the characters around the map. But if they get in, you can use the almighty mask to survive.

Foxy is pretty simple too. When you hear the fnaf 2 ambience, hold the light at him till he fucks off.

The other characters naturally get faster you know, usual stuff. Really not much for me to say, except I got a power outage, and Freddy looks cool and stuff. Yeah...

Time for more salvaging, this time at the fnaf 2 location with the toys!

I ended up salvaging MatPat and Mangle, though. Again, I still... feel like something else is salvageable. Maybe I'm just pulling that out of my ass, but still.

Onto Night 3, I guess. Phone Guy asks if any of those older models attacked us last night. So, turns out we're not the only ones bringing animatronics here someone or something else is too. The good news is that the company can use them for parts, and maybe even on stage!

Oh yeah, the Prize Corner is finally back, with Lolbit running it! So the Frick Coins finally have a reason to exist!

You can buy either the Battery Pack for more power or the Security Puppet of all characters to stop characters from attacking you. You can also get coins now from cams, just like ucn.

Now, the animatronics.

Toy Bonnie is another vent character you know how those work already.

Mangle is like Bonnie and Foxy's mechanic from ucn, but instead of using a figure to tell who's at the cove, you use the poster. If it's Foxy, you'll live! But if it's Mangle... you fucking DIE. YOU DIE. YOU GET RIPPED TO PIECES.

Onto the post night which takes place in Fazbears Fright.

I got Golden Freddy and the Phantoms.

Once again, I still feel like we're missing out on something... hmmm.

Anyway, onto the actual nights. The Phone Guy really doesn't have much to tell us after all, we are the Frickbears Master. Though he tells us something: there's an investigation going on. Nobody died; it's just that some really weird ass things are going on, and the company wants the cops to look into them. The animatronics are also more twitchy what a surprise... just stay alert, alr?

Golden Freddy just does Golden Freddy stuff. Put on the mask if he shows up.

And the Phantoms are well the Phantoms you know what i mean right.

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. Okay, so for some really weird reason, when I played Night 4, neither of these guys were active, and Instant Withered Bonnie and Mr. Hippo were, so might as well talk about them too.

Bonnie is just a generic mask character. You know what to do.

Mr Hippo, on the other hand, is a lot more interesting. He is a vent character, but when he gets to your office, he won't kill you instead he'll tell you his amazing story of how he bought Orville some bread and how the duck population is decreasi-wait, what the fuck? Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Maybe your story will be about why Heisen works on 7 trillion projects and NOT on the Onou remake. I heard that one's super rare.

The post-night takes place in the FNAF 4 house, featuring, well, the Nightmares. I got Nightmariooone and Fredbear. Weirdly enough, Nightmariooone seems to know a lot about Wario... hmmmmmmmmm.

I heard something howling from a broken window, probably a stray dog thing.

Time for the final night. Phone Guy calls one last time, they found something. The place is shutting down. Just don't come back ever. See you on the flipside.

Both Fredbear and Nightmarioone are pretty easy to deal with.

For Fredbear, if the temperature's too high, his teeth come down to bite you, like Nightmare Chica.

For Nightmarioone he'll sometimes show up in the cams and cause the temperature to get really high just shake your mouse to make him leave.

Now, those were all the characters in my playthrough, so about time I talk about my thoughts on the gameplay, and it's...

Pretty good. It's obviously nowhere near as good as 3, but it's still pretty fast-paced and fun. All the mechanics are pretty simple, but not too braindead. The power's limited, but it fits well with the short night length, and the balancing is pretty good too. The bugs with random characters showing up when they weren't supposed to were annoying, but whatever.

Oh yeah, I got this Paper Pal.

Anyway Wario finishes his shift, and gets himself a nice juicy C rank.

It's time to beat gulp hard mode and this time with secret characters.

right so hard mode obviously things are much harder as i mentioned we now have secret characters.

you can get these guys by fucking around around the post night maps

for example in fnaf 1s map you can go to backroom to get springtrap!

Despite being Springtrap AND a secret character, his mechanic is piss-easy. You just go to the vents, use the audio once on him, and BAM he's gone for good.

Something kinda neat is that his voicelines are references to Dave from Day Shift at Freddy's, so that's neat. I do love myself some good dsaf.

The fnaf 2 map has Lefty whos in the office you can get to him with the vents

Lefty is a bit more interesting mechanic-wise. He's like Music Man from UCN: make too much noise, and you are DEAD. You can also see him coming closer from the supply closet.

Fazbears Fright has 2 secret guys Shadow Bonnie and Molten Freddy.

Oh yeah, while in the FNAF 3 location, I got this weird Easter egg.

Do I know what it means? Maybe. Either way, not telling you. Here's the rest.

Molten Freddy's mechanic is absolutely incredible. If you hear him beatboxing, close the door on the side he comes from. Yes, I'm not kidding that's what he does. It's quite incredible, really. He also gives you a Frick Coin.

Just because of that, he's my favorite character in the game.

Shadow Bun you just gotta hold the light on him when he starts to fade in. Oh yeah, the Endo's active now; just ignore him. Don't use the light, don't risk it.

And finally in the fnaf 4 house you can get Twisted Wolf and Scrap Baby.

Twisted Wolf is pretty simple. When he shows up in the office, click on his illusion disk to turn him back into a plush.

Scrap Baby will appear in the backroom. You can kinda cheese her by constantly having the cam on her, but if she does decide to attack, shock her.

And yeah that was hard mode! we beat night 5 again and get ourselves our well deserved A rank!

oh yeah i guess the place burnt to the ground but eh whatever

and yeah that was everything i wanted to talk about! overall i really enjoyed my time with this it was nice to play the older games after playing the objectively much better frickbears 3 but i still had a lot of fun with this especially on hard mode and no i didn't beat easy mode cause fuuuuuuuuuuck that but in case you're wondering here are all the other endings

i highly recommend playing this game or at least watching someone else play it cause it's seriously a lot of fun it gets a solid 8/10 from also please for the love of god listen

when you do hard mode do NOT quit do it all in one sitting trust me i did it BIG mistake things got way too weird DON'T DO IT
