For starters, being as inexperienced as I am with composing and making sprites/art for the game, I've been improving at a blisteringly fast rate since I began making the game. The tileset is currently on its 3rd version, going from 8x8 to 16x16, and now 32x32.
What I've actually done since the last devlog:
A truck load of new and unsketched ideas
Some concept art
I'm writing some of the cutscenes
Some dialogue faces
preparing to start on the actual, final, game content.
It's actually embarrassing how little I've done, to be honest. I'm not going to make excuses, but I will try to finish more by the time the next devlog drops. (I'll try for 2-3 devlogs each month, plus a bunch of random small stuff for fun.)
