I think Funtime Chica is from Chica's Party World. In FNAF Sister Location when your in the springlock suit, Circus Baby says the suit is from her old location and when you compare the suit to Funtime Chica they look quite similar. And that Funtime Chica has body plates just like the other Funtime animatronics that must mean she was also made by Afton Robotics who also made Circus Baby. So that the springlock suit is from an old location, and the springlock suit looks like Funtime Chica, and Chica's Party World is an old location. If you put all of that together it seams pretty clear that Funtime Chica is from Chica's Party World. But this is just my opinion, if you think differently put your theories in the comments.
