I am proudly presenting the first “major” update of G4tes.
I have added the Gamejolt API in the game and now it records your highscore.
Don’t worry, the game automatically recognizes if you’re already logged in or if you’re just a guest.
The reason I made this decision,is because it’s fun to see people compete against others. It’s fun because… You know… Bragging rights and stuff :D
For now I bid thee farewell and I’ll sure announce more updates in the future.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
