OK So I was to lazy to work on this game till this day :L

ok now real info about game
most of mechanics will stay the same with some fixes
here is list of changes and add-ons :
Lamp on/off button
Achievement icon will pop-up in game
Game will get proper installation process
Second part of island will be finished
Third part of Island will be added
Better Monster AI (They will be able to avoid objects ;) )
Probably more achievements
More ways to die
Some changes in game code
More interactions
Better full screen support
Game will be have different location for save files :)
Probably be included better per formation for VERY WEAK PC like my one :L
Fixed some dialogues ( Or they will be changed )
