gen6 competitive question from a giant noob who is literally only starting today

Alright, on a theoretical Gen 6 4-Pokemon Doubles format, I have Mawile as a stall-y Sneaky Pebbler and a Swords Dance/Iron Defense Baton Passer to Gligar with Immunity, who becomes a mini-Landorus and lets loose with Earthquake. Zapdos partners with Gligar to be immune to Earthquake, and in turn lets out Discharge, which Gligar is immune to. Gligar holds a Yache Berry, to protect it from Ice-types, and if that gets used or it's Knocked Off or Thieved, Gligar can retaliate with a now-viable Acrobatics. Normally it would need an Eviolite, but the Mawile prep jacks the stats enough to make up for it. Zapdos will probably have a Focus Sash or something, I don't fuckin' know. The problem is I don't know what to drop in last, to accompany Mawile while Gligar gets set up. Speedy bugger to get in some early hits, Stone Wall to soak up shit to keep Mawile alive long enough to do its thing, or some sort of Status Effect bastard? Genuinely no idea, I'm literally only even considering entering competitive since about an hour ago today.
