General Information

Hello everyone,

I thought I would add some basic information about the game because the description is nowhere near final.

The Poppytales is an RPG that uses a party-based battle system. The battle system is turn-based, and uses moves (like those in Pokémon).

In the player’s turn, they have four options. FIGHT allows them to use moves, to do damage, heal, boost stats, etc. SAVE only works on unlockable opponents. This option makes it more likely for that character to join you upon defeat. ITEM uses items, as the name suggests. And SWITCH allows the player to use a back-up party if their main one is losing.

The game will also be released in “parts”. Each part will contain a few worlds, a few bosses and 50 new characters. All of the unlockable characters are enemies from the Poppytail series.
