Another guide, covering how to beat a grueling challenge run! It's absolutely possible! So far, I got up until Browboy and plan to stop there, since all fights become the same now. This is the much more difficult version of the Difficulty 20 challenge, because you can't kill without insta-kill moves and all characters will one-shot you.

How do you even beat this mode? I here present a guide to do it yourself! Why you would do it is beyond me. I did it just to prove you can!

Part 1: Welcome to Hell

Now, to be fair, I used the QoL mod for footage and gameplay. I suggest you do the same. To avoid using moves that are not insta-kills, right click on the character (locks the character), touch the move to change and, well... change it to the insta-kill the character has! To create a party with one member, place your cursor on the top right corner of the screen. There, a button should appear. Now you can create your Toy Chica only party (Toy Chica only knows Waterhose)!

Let's actually get started now!

• You can't beat anything at all. Your first task is to grab 2600 Faz-Tokens. There is only one way for you to do this, sadly

  • DeeDee will only appear at the start. Grab your extra 90 tokens if you can! She will not reappear until you don't need her anymore

  • Keep the R key pressed while moving at all times: you can't win. This will maximize your chances of running. I'm not saying you will run, I'm just saying you're likelier to run away

  • First task: head on over to Dusting Fields! Do it: unlock the warp button for the zone

  • Now the cycle actually begins: warp to Fazbear Hills

  • Check the area for chests: I suggest moving up a little to see if the chest in top Fazbear Hills spawned (don't worry about placements, you'll learn quick enough). Warp back to Fazbear Hills and go right. Go towards the Lilygear Lake path from Fazbear Hills up until you reach the little Choppy's Woods section of it. Warp to Dusting Fields. Go left for a bit. You should be able to see all 3 chest locations (again, you'll learn quick enough. I didn't know them either at the start of the run). If all is successful, warp back to Fazbear Hills, click Party, exit the party selection screen and start over. And over. And over. And over

  • You need 2600 tokens for all Reaper bytes. Get them. First target is 100, second is 500, third is 2000. You will be a sitting duck up until you get all three of them essentially. Then you'll be a duck with a blunt knife

• Did you grab all three Reaper bytes? Congrats! You've done Boring Part number 1. But don't you think it's over yet! Now it's time for the heartbreak section!

  • You need to encounter Unscrew users. Remain in Fazbear Hills. Hit the fight button (another QoL improvement, seriously, I suggest it) while keeping the R key always pressed over. And over. And over. Up until you encounter a character. Don't keep R pressed in character encounters

  • Cross your fingers! Keep hoping your bytes have what it takes to one shot your Unscrew user! I one shot first tried Phantom Freddy, Balloon Boy and Phantom BB. You know what they don't have? Funking insta-kills. I lost about 15 times before grabbing Phantom Chica

  • Once you get your first Unscrew user, things start to get simpler exponentially. More Unscrew users means more time in battle, which means more time for the Reapers to be effective and more time for you to use Unscrew

  • Keep grinding in Fazbear Hills until you have JJ and Phantom Chica. If you lucked out and got Phantom Foxy, good for you! Still get JJ and Phantom Chica, though, it's really quick to encounter them

• You now have at least 2 Unscrew users. Good! Now a new cycle begins! The character grind gets for real

  • Your path now becomes this: warp to Choppy's Woods. Keep the R key pressed. Head on over to the tree stump with a bird and go to the Glitch Zone. Hit the fight button while keeping R pressed. Try to encounter one of the following characters (keep in mind you have Phantom Chica, Toy Chica and JJ already at least):

    • Unscrew: Phantom Foxy, Shadow Freddy

    • Unscrew 2: Nightmare Foxy, Withered Bonnie

    • Esc Key: Shadow Freddy, Marionette, Withered Freddy

    • The meat shield, Waterhose and Waterhose 2: Nightmare Chica, Endoplush

• Get as many as you can! Get to at least 8 party memebers, but the more insta-kill moves that can actually kill, the better. I got bored and only reached 6 useful party members, but I advise going with 8, which is the exact maximum number you can get by the way

Part 2: Repeating boredom

At this point, you have to soft reset or reset constantly the game during boss fights to attempt to get an Unscrew, Unscrew 2, Esc Key or Reaper to hit. This is boring. I put as footage the first fight to show you what it looks like. It took me about 10 attempts to get here.

It's boring. You did the hard part. Congrats. Now it's just a question to press F2 or Esc every time you start losing in a boss battle to avoid having to walk again or worse.
