Happy birthday to Five Nights at Coso 2 Remake!

To celebrate, I have made a major update (not a 2.0) for all to enjoy!

Let's have a look:


Make sure to get V1.6.0 today as the game features birthday-like props :D

Here's all that changed:

  • The game has now shorter nights

    • The laser power has been rebalanced

    • The animatronics start being active sooner, but they don't necessarily move faster

  • Dining room camera has been redrawn completely

    • Now both Advanced Coso and Advanced Cosa have been redrawn in that camera

  • Advanced Coso and Advanced Cosa now have new renders when they appear in the office

  • You cannot flip up the cameras if an Advanced Animatronic is in your office

  • The music box button reappears way sooner

  • Fixed an issue where you couldn't click the light buttons properly

  • Fixed a bug that wouldn't let SpringCoso move if you were facing the left side of the office

  • Advanced Cosa's render in the right hallway has been redrawn

  • Sample of heavy breathing when you're running out of oxygen has been replaced

  • Now you can see both Advanced Cosa and SpringCoso in the right hallway at the same time

  • The main hallway in the office has been slightly redrawn

    • Advanced Cosa, Cosonet, Original Coso and SpringCoso have now new and improved renders when appearing in the hallway

    • Now all these animatronics can appear together with SpringCoso

    • SpringCoso now makes the flashlight flicker when he's being flashed in the hallway

  • Oxygen in cameras now drain a lot faster

  • Cosonet has a new pose when he's in the male's bathrooms to fix a perspective issue

  • Advanced Cosa has now a chance to get into your office by using the main hallway, skipping one movement

  • Renamed "sketches" to "random stuff" in the extras menu

  • Added "Old & unused assets" in the extras menu

  • Jumpscares sounds do not overlap one another anymore in the extras menu

  • The scrolling stops working if you get jumpscared by someone

  • Added rare screens upon booting up the game or starting a night

  • Cosaul now makes an animation when appearing in the oxygen panel

  • Custom mode screen has been completely revamped

    • Now it contains more challenges (10 in total)

    • You can now unlock cheats without beating Purple Violet first

    • There's now a purpose for using the randomize AI button, as well as making your own night

    • AI has been rebalanced in order to make the custom mode a little bit harder

  • If you've beaten Purple Violet in the previous version, you'll still have the prize in the main menu, but it'll be faded. To make it reappear fully again you'll have to beat Purple Violet again in this version

  • Changed the background in the credits screen to feature the new thumbnail for the game

  • The android port has been updated

  • Balloons can now be moved around the office

  • Added new tips in the loading screen for custom mode

  • Other small graphical changes

And these are all the changes for this version! Keep in mind that this isn't a 2.0 version, because it mainly focuses on the graphical aspects and bug fixies and not revamping the main game itself.

That means that your savedata will not be deleted at all unlike FNaCoso 1 2.0.

And that is all I had to say, thank you so much for appreciating this game. It'll always take a special place in my heart as I had tremendous fun developing it. I highly suggest you all to play it today (Jusly 21st) as the game features props and other cool stuff to celebrate this 2nd anniversary :D.

Original Cosa never has been one of my favorite characters in the Coso's series.

But now I've found a really good voice actor for her and I finished her new pose, so I'm beginning to like her a lot!
