It's hard to pick just one, but Duat Forgotten Souls is a #NarrativeJamFave for me!
The firefly does a good job of conveying the narrative and the mechanic of turning the world makes for some fun puzzles.

The Super Mario All-Stars' versions of the NES Mario games are some of the first remakes I played and I'll always feel nostalgic for them. #GJAsks
My first game was either Kirby's Adventure or Super Mario Bros #GJAsks
It seems like such a no-brainer to give Sonic an entire theme park land like Super Nintendo World.
Imagine going to Angel Island section to see the Chaos Emeralds or a ride where you have to escape from the Death Egg.
