Muffet is The main and best Baker in the Underground. It has outlets in Hotland and in Ruins where it sells Spider Cider and doughnuts. But there is also another point, hidden in the Waterfall, where croissants are sold and cakes are made to order.
She is a caring aunt who raises Lucy as her own daughter. Even if Muffet doesn't like to spend money, she will never skimp on it for Lucy.
She also takes care of all the spiders in the Underground.
She knows Grillby and has a romantic interest in Him. Is in good relations with the Gaster as it initially helped him to care for Alphys when she was a child.
