Has anyone seen this?

So, when I was in 1st or 2nd grade, (around Halloween time) my teacher showed us a short film that looked to be traditionally animated, and was probably made during the 70s or 80s. The short film was about a small self-aware UFO that somehow crashed to earth coincidentally on Halloween, and met a kid who was trick or treating. They quickly became friends, and on the next day, the kid brought the ufo to show as a science project, and people were amazed by it. After that, the ufo remembered that he had a doctors appointment on Jupiter, and left. Sorry if this sounds weird and out of context, but I can't remember every thing that happened in it. One thing I do remember is that the overall style of it looked like one of those retro tootsie pop commercials. but recently, I decided to look on youtube to see if it was there, (Because that's where most videos are) but that short film has vanished without a trace. But I know it exists somewhere.

Has anyone seen anything like this?

I'm 95% sure this is Lost Media.

I want to know if there is data from this WebSeries.

The images used are examples and do not belong to me.

Happy belated halloween!
