Unlocked through the achievement menu which has been redesigned, you can now unlock hats as easter eggs
The only way to unlock them is to name your jelly something.. specific(maybe look at the new screenshots on the GJ page?)

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa MarÃa Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
