Heads up!


Yes, your eyes do not deceive you, on Wednesday I'll be hosting another drawing suggestion event. And it will last for a week (and maybe a few extra days).

For the people who don't know how this works, on Wednesday I'll make a post stating that the event has started. On that post you can then comment a character for me to draw, then I'll draw said suggestion (it's straightforward). The rules will also be posted on that post, so people will know what to do and what is not allowed.

The theme for this event will be Mario characters. Yes, you read that right. MARIO CHARACTERS, not FNAW CHARACTERS.

After a while of basically drawing the same characters over and over again, it gets really tiring. And that's how I felt after the end of the last event. So for this one, I'm going for more of a broad term. You can suggest any Mario character, but preferably ones that are more common. I'm asking this so I can get a better understanding of how to draw them so maybe I can draw them in the future. Also if you ask for a FNaW character, I am going to tell you to suggest a Mario character, done and done.

Summary: The event will start on Wednesday, and last for a week, suggest Mario characters, and I will draw them.

For the occasion, I've cherry-picked some of my favorite and best works I've made this year and am showing them off again in this post. Honestly, to me, this is some of my personal best work yet.

Progress has been good. Will say, despite lower suggestions than previous, I feel more joy drawing this group of characters. It feels more personal drawing each one. Anyway, drawings should be able to wrap up by this Friday. So stay tuned.

Progress has been going well I'd say. It's nice to get back into the swing of things when you have a passion to make a mario horror game with 2D sprites and your character drawing skills are a bit rusty.
