MECHANIC:

He'll be in your office sitting, when he wakes up, you will hear his laughter, at that moment you will have to use the monitor for a second to make him go back to sleep. If you don't, he'll kill you (he'll give you about 5 or 6 seconds so you can avoid other characters)

PENALTYES:

MAD GOLDEN FREDDY: It will take a second longer to fall asleep again.

ILLUSIONIST (I know it's spelled wrong in the image lol): He will give you two more seconds to avoid the other characters, but while he is awake, he will create several visual illusions.

LOOK AT ME: When he wakes up, there will be a small chance that instead of avoiding looking at him, you should observe him for a few seconds.

(You'll know when the word "LOOK AT ME" appears instead of "IT'S ME")

I hope this idea can make it into the game, or at least that you like it :3
