Backstory:

As you all may know already, this game is canceled. Has been for quite some time now. Mefe, the director, has already talked about this on his profile, so for those who aren't following him, you might have no idea this even happened. It's a long story as to why it was canceled, and the story goes back quite a while, so here's the basic run down of it all: The game was getting too hard for the team to make for a number of reasons, one, the team didn't have time to keep working on it. And two, the game was getting pretty long, and I'm pretty sure we were all expercing some sort of burn out. Despite a lot of us being very passionte about the project, we knew it wouldn't work out. So we pulled the plug. I was the only writer on the team. There used to be another writer, but he left a while back, so I handled everything. And that is why I will be releasing the full script of the game here.

This is the prologue to the actual game. Also, it used to be called Your fault, their suffering, but I changed the name before releasing it here, because I like the name better. And also I can't remember the name of who came up with the old one, so I wouldn't have been able to properly credit them if I had used it. So I'll just do my own thing instead to avoid being called out on it : P They aren't my best work, and my style of writing has improved by a lot since then. But it is fun to reminisce about the past every now and then. The game was going to have many different ends, pasifst, genocide, and neutral. Forgot how a lot of them went, but oh well.

Basically, ten days before release of the full game, we would release these mini-comics leading up to it. And once the last chapter, chapter 10 came out, that would mean the full game would too. I wrote all of it by myself, and I think a little advice from others? The reason I released these is because I wrote them entirely by myself, so I have full control with what I wanna do with it. And since we're no longer an offical team, it technically doesn't belong to any game anymore. Meaning I can do whatever I want with it now. However, you are not allowed to use it for anything without premission.

That's about it for me, there's not much else to say, really. And there isn't any crazy gameplay to show off that wasn ever released. To be honest, while phase two was mostly comeplete it was pretty janky from what I can remember. And I can't really find it anyway, so uh... oops. Phases three and four had nothing to their name other then a few ideas, art, and of course the writing for it all. That was mostly because we were focused on perfecting phase 1 to make a good first impression. But again, it's all been lost besides the music on soundcloud, so tracking all that other stuff down would be way too much effort for what it's worth. TheBlueTowel (me) and Mefe will remain the owners of this AU, and we do not allow anyone to take over the AU without premission. However, if you do want to make fangames of our fangame that's fine, though. However as it stands at the time of writing this, we have no plans on bringing it back any time soon.
