Help what program to use


Hi I am extremely interested in starting game development but I am dyslexic and I have trouble spelling and I tried scratch out for a few years and I’m ready to move on what would be better Bolt or play maker i’m planning on making sort of small games

And more of the horror franchise My games will probably resemble Amanda the adventurer

I know how to 3-D model so this part will not be too difficult for me

I just want to know which engine would be better for this I also I’m not the best at math

I can do math I just am not the best at it

And get frustrated with it

I understand this is a part of game development

That’s why I am seeking to see what is the best program for me

I am interested in unity but will look at other options

The reason I am moving out of scratch because it’s too small for me now I try to make a big game and that’s the first time I’ve ever crashed scratch more than 50 times🤣

I do have a budget so nothing over the price of playmaker

so I’m planning on getting back into coding

I used to be on scratch, but I haven’t touched any code in about two years. I don’t want to get in tutorial hell I would like to start on unity. Below is basically a better in-depth or what I’m trying to do.
