Well, if you want to start drawing your character, you should start drawing him as a Stickman, you should also start drawing the character from simple shapes, because if you think about it this way, everything around us is made up of simple shapes, and so if you want to draw something, you should draw simple shapes such as circle, square, triangle and so on, this applies not only to objects, but also to different characters, so yeah...
