Here is Phanticicle. The phantom of the colder areas of the region.
They are around 4-5 feet tall making them the largest Exploranimals I have made so far. (Most of the Exploranimals were around 2-3 feet.)

Phanticicle's temperature can get cold the point of freezing but what does he/she do? He hugs you and probably freezes you. Wait... That sounds familiar. Anyway, Phanticicle is also capable of moving as fast as the wind because... It's like a paper plate in the form of a freezing cold, aqua bunny that can hover.
Also the clothes aren’t torn, They were always like that. Wait were they? It’s a phantom who cares. Wait why do Exploranimals wear clothes to begin with? They have fur.

They are mostly found in groups of 2-5 and they are known to be slightly more experienced at evasion but are not very resistant. Their scratches can be quite painful which is useful if they are trying to you know defeat a big boi? Idk
