this was created obviously on Unreal Engine 3 (with very low graphics)
There was a puppet, from which you had to hide under the table to survive
also you had a video camera in this game and yes, this is game where you can walk freely
I'll be thankful if you say the name of this game, I'm trying to find this like for years
