Hey yall?

My friend's (canceled and taken down) FNAF game got DMCA'd

And something doesn't add up.

See, his game was actually a fangame of my fangame, Five Nights at Dee's. I have not shared the "property rights" to anyone other than said-friend, and yet months after the game was canceled, he figures out it got DMCA'd.

Obviously this is a scam. I couldn't have forgotten about sharing my game rights and character rights with anyone, because I've only shared those rights before with one person and that person was my friend. I haven't shared any rights with anyone else.

Do you guys have any thoughts on this? why would my friend get his already taken down fangame DMCA'd even though I own FNaD and haven't filed any DMCA's, I haven't shared property rights with anyone other than my friend, and my friend also followed all copyright laws.

I'd appreciate any help you guys can give.

Accept the quest to get started.

Last year in the month of December, the Jack-O-Fazbear's series was finished. It was originally intended to be a quadrilogy, but I'm glad its just a trilogy now.

The story may be done, but the series has one more thing in store.

Stay tuned...
