I’m using this reference to paint something for my mom (second pic is the start of the painting) so what could I add to spice it up a bit?

Y’all I need help. Does anyone know how to get fangs to stick without fang glue or dental adhesive? I saw if you mix cornstarch and vaseline it would work but I don’t have that either so….anyone know what I can use?
