Heyo!

Hello, guys/gals! This is the first official release of my UNDERTALE/garbage fangame, DYLANTALE! I’m very excited to finally reach a point where I can release the game, since I’ve been working on it for a while, possibly too long. But as we all know, more dev time = more quality. Cue the laugh track, I guess, since I spent a huge amount of time developing something that is rather small.

I have spent a huge amount of time and resources on this project: a year of development, 48+ cans of Coke, and several different shirts. The shirts are irrelevant, I just wanted to make it clear that I changed clothes at least once.

I’m writing this in advance, and by the time the game is actually released, I will have fixed the rest of the bugs that I know of, which is like, 15 or so. Hopefully, the game will at the very least be _acceptable_.

Anyways, that’s about it. Putting this out there, the game is dedicated to Dylan, a good friend of mine who puts up with my garbage almost daily. He liked UNDERTALE, and he should like this, too. Happy birthday, man.

Welp, that’s all that I really have to say. Have a good one.

Here's a peaceful little forest scene for this #screenshotsaturday, from the beginning of the game.

Finished a project I've been working on over the last few days!

Modeled and textured in Blender.

I have added rewards for quests so that villagers can give you something in return for your hard work helping them. 🥳

I want to know - what's your favourite quest reward?

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.

I worked so hard to get all four of them to the end safely, but then...

Levels' maps.

A few screenshots of the places you'll cross in the Demo of Blu. You can play it today on #gamejolt !

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
