B), just not being able to have enough vote slots. It's not because I dislike these countries, they simply do not fit.
C), the information to make such a post isn't accessible for myself conveniently, and if a country which I THOUGHT would work doesn't, I will simply choose the second highest. I personally don't LIKE ChatGPT or AI's at all, but sadly it does make it alot easier to access hard to find information.
