so, I think I figured out what’s going on, but if I get another response from the ST I might edit this post. so, full story, go!

I had an account about a year back. I let my cousin use it mostly, but they didn’t have a device or anything so when I was watching TV or something else I just gave them my computer for a little and let them use it. I don’t even think they knew the password tbh, because it was the same as my main account and there’s almost no chance I would’ve told them that XD

So I was like, really new to scratch then. I had an account a few years before then, but that was only because my OTHER cousin had one and convinced me to join, but I literally just didn’t use scratch for three years, so I had forgotten basically everything.

But one thing I NEVER EVEN KNEW TO BEGIN WITH, was that I think shared accounts are apparently against community guidelines, even though I’ve read through them and it doesn’t really seem to mention it.

I remember one day we logged in and it just said “this account is deleted!” and since he didn’t even have a device or anything we just didn’t mess with it and didn’t care, because we had better things to do anyway :’D

But here’s the other thing; we didn’t realize it had been BANNED. Like I said I was REALLY new at this point, it was all the way back in last February, so I didn’t know much, but I had seen some other people that had gotton banned before, and as far as I was aware, it gave you a MESSAGE saying you were banned, not just delete your whole account-

Yeah this might sound stupid but we had no explanation whatsoever so I think we just joked around and said it must’ve gotten hacked or smth and we just moved on so...

Fast forward a whole year to March 6th, and I got banned for ban evasion- I was really confused and quite a bit pissed :’)

Yes so now I’m just being “patient” and I really want my account back lmao so um I sent a message though contact us to scratch team and they actually responded just on March 9th three days later and I replied to them an hour later and then for some stupid reason I got literally NO response, LITERALLY just NOTHING for the entire month which made me a lot more pissed so um :’D

Pretty much caught up now.

In summary, uh being banned sucks, I got banned on March 6th got a message on March 9th but no response since then, and I think I was banned for ban evasion because I got banned on another account last February because it was a shared account but seriously I don’t even know so yay ✌️

um and go tell people who comment on

that the user (who is ✨me✨) got banned permanently, and can’t currently do anything else about it so people stop telling me they moved and to follow their new account /hsrs
