Step 1- Acquire a vacuum cleaner (WITH IT'S TUBE INTACT), G O O G L Y E Y E S, A self-learning AI Chip, and finally, a government-grade location tracker and coordination system

Step 2- Glue the Googly Eyes to the Vacuum Cleaner

Step 3- Insert the self-learning AI Chip to the vacuum cleaner.

Step 4- Install the government-grade location tracker

Step 5- Put that cleaner to use!
