How do you make something happen when you click on an object??? I've tried like 4 different ways and none of them have worked! Someone please help!

I'm trying to make a door move when it's clicked on. I can give more info to anyone who can help


I don't want to give out all of the info here if nobody's going to help, but if you can help please just tell me and I'll tell you anything you need to know!

Every single source I find has multiple possible solutions, none of which work. I've even tried colliders for when someone walks up to the door or just pressing a button near the door, but nothing ever works!
