Go to steam page for Undertale.
Hover your mouse over the game in your library and select "Properties"
Once you are in properties, scroll down to the "betas" category.
Enter "Private Betas" code: "xxx_IAmGullible_xxx" and click check code.
Click the build of "10th_anniversary_build_010" and then close the window.
Run the game and enjoy.

Something I recently changed was equipment scaling.
The gap was too wide between armor and weapons, so I just added more.
There are now like 10 each you can find so you won't be super weak if you miss armor somewhere because there will probably be more

I didn't like how it looked and the layout was uninteresting.
A new area will be made in its place.
The NPCs, enemies and bosses will be kept the same.
