Could I make 9 stickers ? Yep! But it will be very difficult for y'all to master 'em all. 
I speak from personal experience, I myself have tried to collect all the stickers from some creators.... I couldn't do it .... 
All my packs always have 5 stickers, 'cause I like to see ya showin' me that ya got 'em !!
