As much as I love FNaF, this story may shock you a little.

I discovered FNaF when it's demo/full game was trending back in June/August of 2014. It was SkyDoesMinecraft's 2nd channel and he was playing FNaF with his girlfriend at the time. I clicked on his video and found the game very *boring* and I didn't get the hype behind it.. I installed the mobile ported demo and played it for like, a minute or two.

Got bored and deleted it. I found the game very 'stupid'.

November 2014.

This was the era when I got into Five Nights at Freddy's.

One day, my brother handed me his tablet to watch this video. (Very Nostalgic indeed!), I say to my brother. "Is this that stupid pizza bear game but a second one?" and he runs away and left me to watch the video; Iirc, not even a full two minutes have passed and I gave the tablet back to him.

Sometime later that same month (I don't remember if it was in the same day). My eldest brother had lured me into his room (oh my gosh fnaf reference!!) to watch Markiplier play FNaF 2, I tell him that I didn't want to but he insisted I watch it and he told me that this game has a scary murder mystery story. That intriged me and so I gave in. Little before I knew it, I was HOOKED. The secret death minigames, the lore, phone call dialogue, etc etc. We watched video after video until Markiplier's playthrough for FNaF 2 had ended.

Eventually we flocked to goofy fnaf sfm animations

I was letting my brain begin to consume every ounce of fnaf content I could find.

THEN, December rolls around.

These teasers were enough for me to get hyped.

And ever since, I've been a fan.
