It's almost ready! Simulacrum will be launching August 1st this year. Inspired by horror game classics, we hope you are excited to finally follow Abigail through a dark and dangerous world in this first chapter.

Simulacrum Chapter One will be available for Windows through GameJolt. You can get the game for free, or pay what you like if you want to support us that way. (Disclaimer - at some point we may have to set a fixed price if we launch on other stores meaning Simulacrum Chapter One might only be free for a limited time.)

It will be available to play in five languages: English, German, French, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

Next up

Following on from the puzzle preview from last month, we are giving a look at another new puzzle you'll encounter in Chapter Two. This is going to be our last update for a while.

Closed beta is now live!

Version 1.2.1 of Simulacrum: Chapter One is out, adding new languages: Japanese, Ukrainian and Russian. Spanish and French have also been improved!

We thank our translators for all their hard work. We didn't expect to support so many languages!
