THE BLOODBATH

24 tribunes, but only one will survive. As the horn to start the game blows, the tributes stand on their podiums. And they're off!

Tommy runs towards the cornucopia as fast as he can. It was a large, dark-steel built area in the shape of a cornucopia you would see around thanksgiving time. “Come on, let’s speedrun this bitch. Get a weapon as fast as possible, get some other stuff, and get the hell out of here!,” he said to himself while rummaging through the bags. While going through one of the bags, he manages to get a bag full of throwing knives.

“Poggers!” He noticed that there was a nearby tribute running near him. “Oh no, you ain’t taking me out today, bitch!”, Tommy yelled as he threw the knife at Gardevoir. The first big kill of the game was made by TommyInnit throwing a knife right into Gardevoir's head. She fell to the ground with a bloody thud. Afterwards, Tommy cried out, "Just killed a woman! Feeling good!" This makes the first blood of the game! Good job, Tommy! He’s going to use the cornucopia to his advantage.

I don’t know where I am, or what the hell is going on. All I know is that I must survive, Carlton though, as he ran towards the cornucopia. He tried to avoid Tommy since he was a member of District 2. The other districts didn’t particularly like District 2, since they were more of the lapdogs of the group. Near the outskirts of the cornucopia, he found a bag full of explosive devices. Jackpot! This is gonna be useful later on, Carlton thought, as he grabbed the bag and ran out of the cornucopia without looking back. He went into the forest, while no one followed him. 

Damien Wayne went deeper into the cornucopia and grabbed a trident from one of the bags. I’m not exactly used to tridents, but this will do nicely, he thought. As he witnessed Tommy kill Gardevoir, he decided to grab a couple of food bags and leave before Tommy noticed he was there. I know I could take that guy easily, but I got more important things to worry about, Damien thought, as he ran out of the cornucopia and headed to the field regions. 

Homer rushes and quickly gets a backpack in all of the confusion. To his delight, he finds that it’s a bag with food and water inside of it. Thank goodness! Now I won’t go hungry, Homer thought, as he left in all of the chaos. 

Anxious, Paul Rudd strangely decides to run to the cornucopia and hides in there. Damien sees him, but decides to leave him alone. Wow, I...didn’t actually think that would work, Paul thought, as he started collecting some more supplies for himself. 

Makoto and Titanic ran away from the cornucopia for now, since Tommy and Damien seemed dangerous to approach. In the woods, the two of them start to think their situation over. “If we split up, we’ll have a higher chance of dying. But maybe if we could work together, we might just be able to get enough food and water for ourselves to last a little bit longer,” Makoto told Titanic. “I suppose it couldn’t hurt to try,” Titanic said. The two tributes formed a bond and decided to work together. It's unclear if the two trust each other fully or not. There’s something about her that I don’t trust, Makoto thought, so he decided to watch his back while they went looking for resources. 

Himiko, Kyoko, and Peeta all scramble into the cornucopia together to collect supplies. “Stay away, pretty boy! These blades are mine!,” Himiko said to Peeta. Peeta decided to stay back until Kyoko spoke up. “Let’s not kill each other yet. We’re still early in the competition. There’s enough supplies around here for all of us. If we establish this correctly, then an alliance between the three of us would certainly help us in the long run,” Kyoko told the two of them. “Alright, but if you’re tricking us, I’ll cut you up into pieces!,” Himiko said. “I guess it couldn’t hurt to work as a group,” Peeta said with hesitation. They form a temporary truce. Himiko obviously seems much more mentally unstable and violent, but there’s something about Peeta that’s making me suspect him, Kyoko thought. 

All of the other tributes run away from the cornucopia and survive. If you think I’m writing every single one of them running away, you are mistaken.

DAY 1

Now here comes the action!

After the bloodbath, Katniss went a bit too close to the arena borderline. She experienced a small forest fire trying to put her down, but managed to escape with several bad burns on her arms. Haha, the ‘girl on fire’. I see what those game-makers were thinking, she thought sarcastically, limping away to safety. While going away, Titanic finds her. “Oh my God, you need medical attention”, she told Katniss, and rushed to heal her up. She didn’t have any medical equipment, but she was able to help Katniss gets back on her feet and find a safe place for her to rest up.

Finn from District 11 struggled around the pinewood forest looking for supplies. He tried to use anything nearby as a weapon to defend himself. He was able to find a very firm stick, and did his best to sand it down into a sharp spear-like stick. A little while later, he encounters Glitchtrap while walking through the forest, who attacks him from behind.

“You wanna fight? Then let’s go, Bugs Bunny!,” Finn said after knocking Glitchtrap off of his back. After a while, the two begin to fist fight each other viciously until Finn grabbed his stick spear and stabbed Glitchtrap in the abdomen. After groaning weakly, Glitchtrap slowly disappeared in a cloud of black smoke and went away. His last words to Finn are, “I always c-come back…”. This makes for the second kill of the game. Finn has a strong feeling that things won’t get any easier for him later on. 

Peeta quickly abandoned Himiko and Kyoko once they left the cornucopia. “There’s no way I’m staying with her! Not with that crazy psycho!”, he said to himself, taking a bag of supplies with him. He runs into the woods, where he will later come across another tribute there.

“I can’t believe the pretty boy ditched us like that! I swear, I’m gonna hunt him down and kill him when I have the chance!,” Himiko ranted, her urge to kill rising. “Now, now, we still have each other. We can still work together to survive without him,” Kyoko said. “Okay, purple hair, but let’s first make sure we know where to go for now,” the blonde told her, brandishing her knives. 

“Hey, Titanic, where are you at?” Makoto asked loudly. There was no reply. It seemed as if Titanic must’ve abandoned him while they were searching for berries to eat. “Damn it, did she seriously abandon me?” While walking further to find her, he runs into another tribute. Initially, he’s hesitant of the tribute. 

“Hey, my name is Peeta Melark, and I’m just trying to pass through here,” Peete told Makoto. 

“Oh, I’m Makoto Naegi. District 1”. Soon enough, the look in Peeta’s eyes changed. District 12 did not like District 1 at all. Not after the way they patronized them and ridiculed them. Peeta then pulled a trident out of his bag. “Woah woah woah, we don’t have to kill each other!,” Makoto yelled. “This is completely unnecessary!” 

Tommy decided to explore more of the arena after getting all the supplies he needed. He finds himself in a flower field, full of lovely and colorful flowers. “Bit too cheery for my taste,” Tommy said, before hearing some kind of music in the background. I know that tone...MEGALOVANIA??, Tommy thought. He turned around and saw Sans picking some flowers. “Oh, you’re a human, aren’t you? That’s hilarious. By the way, I’m Sans. Sans the Skeleton. Nice to see you, kiddo.” Tommy decided to pick flowers with him. He didn’t want to piss off Sans, because he heard just how intense Sans could get. The two of them decide not to attack each other and make a truce for the rest of the day. Sans’ puns drive Tommy insane. 

Later during the day, Kyoko and Himiko come across an injured tribute running through the forest. “Let’s not kill him. Let us see if he can be of use to us,” Kyoko said. Himiko made sure to carefully keep watch over the injured tribute. “Who are you?”, Kyoko asked him. The tribute said, “I-I’m Paul Rudd, from District 4. Please don’t kill me. I just barely escaped the cornucopia with my life.” 

Himiko was looking a bit attentively at Paul’s injuries, before Kyoko told her to snap out of it. “Who was it who tried to kill you?”, Himiko asked. 

“The kid, I think he had messy blonde hair and a British accent, I don’t know his name, but he stabbed me a couple times before I got out. I think I need some first aid,” Paul said, groaning in pain. “I suppose we can help him, if it allows us a replacement for Peeta,” Kyoko said. She got out some bandages in one of the bags she took and started patching up Peeta’s injuries. 

Meanwhile, Himiko was out nearby a river. She constructed a fishing rod out of her bag and started to fish, hoping to get a bite. “Come on, little fishies, I’ve got to eat something,” she said to herself, impatiently waiting for a bite to come soon. 

Technoblade spends his day walking through the woods looking for food, and comes across a grove of berries. He made sure they weren’t nightlock berries first before picking them. As he did this, he accidentally pricked himself, but it wasn’t too serious. “I need to figure out where all the good berry locations around here are,” he said to himself. “Not only am I in desperate need of a weapon, I need to have a secure source of food and water if I want to survive this.” 

Monika spends most of her day hiding from the other tributes. She tries to build a tiny shelter she can stay in for the night out of branches, rocks, and other materials. As she was doing this, though, she saw a parachute coming down from the sky towards her. A little parachute was carrying a box of what looked like fresh food in it. Once it landed, it turned out that someone had sponsored her some food. “Thank goodness. That takes care of the food problem for now,” she said out loud happily. “Thank you, whoever donated this!”

After the bloodbath, tributes Clem and Charizard ran into each other. “Hey there, big guy, no need to start attacking yet,” Clem said to the Pokemon. The Charizard couldn’t speak English very well, but he could definitely understand it. “Listen, I know how to fight, and I think I have a strategy we could use together to get out of this sick game alive. That means we have to watch out for any other tributes together, okay?”, Clem said more frantically.

“Charizard understands,” the dragon said. For the rest of the day, the two of them would work together, until around dusk when Clem and Charizard parted ways.

Desperately trying to defend himself, Makoto grabbed Peeta’s hair and tried to throw him off balance. Both boys weren’t doing well: Peeta had a broken nose and Makoto’s forehead was bleeding. Then Makoto felt a sharp pain in his back, as Peeta used his trident to stab Makoto. The poor boy gives out a painful groan before lying on the ground, dead. This makes for the third kill of the game. Okay, I’ve gotten word from the audience that a lot of anger tweets have been sent out about this. 

Once the cannon shot for Makoto’s death was fired, Kyoko almost immediately vowed revenge. I swear that I will kill Peeta for betraying me and killing my love. I won’t stop until I know for sure that he’s dead, Kyoko thought. Himiko saw her anger and completely supported her decision, not surprisingly. 

Shortly after Carlton ran away from the cornucopia, Damien followed him to his location. Carlton saw Damien’s trident and immediately pulled out an explosive. “Don’t think about it! I won’t hesitate to blow us both up!,” Carlton screamed. 

“Relax, I’m not here to kill you. I probably could, but I’m not going to. You’re from District 6, correct?”, Damien asked him. “Then we’ll probably get along just fine. I’m from District 5. Name’s Damien. Pleasure to meet you.” 

Carlton breathed a sigh of relief. Districts 5 and 6 got along quite well with each other, so he stopped worrying so much. “Okay. I’m Carlton. I’m in bad need of a weapon, man. Can you help me?” 

Damien helped Carlton create a wooden spear for himself, and decided to teach Carlton how to use it properly. It’s a long and frustrating process, but Carlton makes some progress. The two get along quite relatively well before the day ends. 

Aphmau, while wandering through the forest, sees a parachute coming down from the sky. The parachute was carrying some kind of bag for her. As it landed, she reached in and found an explosive. “Huh, what do you know? Garroth sent this to me,” she said, reading who the sponsor was.

Raven ran away from the cornucopia while Mina Ashido chased after her. For a while, Raven tried to keep her distance from the alien queen, but after a while, both of them needed to stop to rest. Raven tries to use her powers to kill Mina by summoning her dark magic. “I’m warning you only once, pinkie. Don’t mess with me,” she told Mina. However, Mina quickly used her quirk and shot acid directly at Raven’s eyes, blinding her. Thanks to her speed, Mina knocked Raven down to the ground and began to beat her skull against a large rock. She does this until Raven’s face is nothing but an undistinguishable and gory mess. Mina’s hands are covered in Raven’s blood. This makes for the fourth kill of the game, and an unexpected one at that.

Circus Baby spends her day hiding away from the other tributes. She is trying to avoid the other tribunes for now, since they probably had better resources at the moment. She thinks about her home, and if she will be able to survive another day. 

In the meantime, Homer decided to settle down and eat some of the food he found near a river. He didn’t notice that Himiko was on the other side fishing, but neither of the two tributes really cared. “I really wished I had some donuts right now,” Homer said. 

Elsewhere, Frisk went into the plains region and decided to wait out the day there. While she’s there, she spots a parachute carrying another sponsorship for her. Inside, she finds a generous amount of water available, as well as a special dagger sent by Papyrus to her. “Thanks for the help, Papy,” Frisk said to herself, smiling. Thirsting to death wouldn’t be a problem, but she still had to worry about starving to death.
