So, ever since Starton development began, my strategy was to complete all room backgrounds. Then all walls/doors. Then music. But that's really starting to get draining doing the same thing day in, day out. It'd be a lot more refreshing (and actually feel like I'm making progress) if I did SCRIPTING first and foremost, and completed assets as needed for those scripts. Hopefully this change in approach will make me less bored every day, I've noticed that instead of working 16 hours a day, I'm only working 6 because I'm getting tired out by doing the same thing over and over again with no change. Back in outlands I was always so motivated because every day, I was doing something new, something fresh. So I have a good feeling about going back to this way of devving!
Next up

MORE dialogue sprites, this time for a previously mentioned goober. I still won't spoil anything, but they're used as Petrichor's app icon for a very good reason. This character now has the most dialogue sprites of any in the game! (26 total)
can you believe it guys
just kidding heres the real 2000 follower special
(he made it even better)
20/37 redleaf rooms decorated, dialogue and story improvements for the 2nd demo, and a simple change that I think gives the game a lot more FEELING
