I don't often get involved with stuff like this, but I feel like I might need to speak up. (Article)

There's no need to fight over a fangame!

People can make as many fan projects and use as many characters as they want (as long as they're not getting into any copyright trouble). Fan projects are an easy way for beginners to learn how to make games, and Scratch is a site for beginners. If a fangame happens to be "cringe" or impractical, that's okay. We're all here to learn. All I ask is that you don't break any site guidelines.

There's no need to start an argument and get muted over something that really does no harm. If you don't like a project, don't play it. Don't worry, you are not tied to the project's creator. You are your own person, who can make your own decisions. Remember that currently, the only fangame on the timeline is Sub Attack.

THSMC was made out of love for Henry Stickmin and the RPG genre and, even though I'm not working on the series, I want other projects to continue with the same spirit. It's what brought all of us together, and it's what keeps us together now.

Stay distracted!
