I never saw the point in making a fighting game that people will really have no reason to play casually, competitively or both. Only time someone will play co-op is if they have a friend over but even then, a keyboard can only be so big. Not much time is put into the CPUs in the games I've played. Best platform-based fighter I've played is Codebreakers and it contains quite a bit of content to keep me playing though a lot of other games fail to do that. I get it, Scratch is made for kids but the age range in the scratch community is pretty good. I had recently gotten a new smash ultimate cartridge to replace my old one and I feel like Codebreakers is going to be the closest you get to a similar experience if you don't own a switch, but you can just get rivals of Aether on your pc instead unless you're using chrome. Not trying to stop people from having fun from creating platform fighters on scratch but I just want to know why.

I don't usually give opinions like this but why do people make platform fighters on scratch? Never got the point of going the offline route so it would be nice to see someone use cloud variables just to make a platform fighter online.

If the leaks are true the price of the original game will probably sky rocket. I don't want ya'll to be stuck in a P3R situation so if you are looking to play the original Sonic Heroes get it now! Also got another announcement.
