I finally got around to drawing Jellicent!
It's design always appealed to me, it's lovable while maintaining a creepy look and all of those rumors about it sinking ships add to it's sinister undertone.
(I also love the blue+white combo lol)

Sonic3 was my first real introduction to Sonic games. I'll always remember that one fondly.
