Engine Switch Details
I said that this game would be run on flash, because I, at first, only knew how to make SB2 to SWF, then SWF to EXE. And I was going to make the game off of the SB2 file. The problems with it were:
The game kind of slowed down during intense motions, like the camera animations, the camera change effects, the music box and the Vent Refill, doors closing, jumpscares, etc.
There was no save data, so I was about to give everyone access to all 5 nights for free, and let them skip basically all of the dialouge!
But now, the engine has swapped to HTML5 because I found something where I can convert SB2 to SB3, SB3 to HTML5, and then HTML5 to EXE. With this the game runs faster, save data can be made, and the experience is totally different from the Flash Edition.
These were simple development changes that I made to the game. Hope everyone's looking forward to FNAGJGC, coming:
