From what I recall, Chica shared some similarities to her Og Dormitabis appearance: Long arms, legs and neck. Thought there were some differences

She didn't had eyes nor teeth, the beak was slighty longer and a bit curvy on the sides. Her neck wasn't as alonged as the OG havoc chica. She also lacked a torso costume aswell as an cupcake (She mostly resembled the classic Chica costume despite those differences)

There were what looked like dry dark red and black scars/marks throughout some of the arms and head. The head had it the most.

Like mentioned earlier she didn't had eyes, where the eyes were supposed to be was complete darkness. She lack any type of puppils. Thought, while in a dark vent, there were a very small white puppills on both of her eyes. It only happened once.

Finally, the broken parts of the costume were shaped like cuts for the most part; some were small, some larger. Other withering were just small holes
