i kind of don't understand these communities

the thing i don't understand about them is that you can post stuff that is not related to these communities that is still fnaf, and it'll get featured. but why? you can post a fnaf ar post in the fnaf vr community, it'll most likely get featured. it's confusing, and I don't understand it
