I'm just feeling tired ashamed and guilty tbh. Guilty cuz I exposed my own online dad (well I had to it just feels depressing because I now have to do the exact same thing to my irl father) and ashamed cuz I let this happen, I didn't insist on saying no.


I'm such a naive people pleaser I hate being one. Naive little people pleaser that's a therapist friend and a dang victim and oversensitive. wow, so cool.
