Hey y'all, Vance here.
This is a very serious post.
I have not opened RPG Maker MV in like 3 months.
I do not think I'm ready to develop a game like Helix Robotics Simulator, Hell, any game at all.
HRS has been in the back of my mind forever now. Me, Sin, and all the others who helped make this game have garnered quite a bit of followers and views on this page, and I've been putting off something like this post for so long now because I didn't want to disappoint anyone. But I now realize that, sorry if this comes out as harsh, HRS has never been about the fans. It was always just a goofy idea me and my friends wanted to make come true. But, It's been years since than. And, it's quite obvious no work on this game is being made. That's because, I'm still pretty young. I still have my life ahead of me and I don't really have the time to sit down and try to learn how to use RPG Maker MV, and then make like a 4 hour game. I'm also just really lazy lol

I loved the world that me and my friends created in HRS, and you guys seem to love it, too. I've seen a small amount of fan art and models and stuff in some places and it makes me really happy that people would even consider making fan art for our silly little idea. To all the people who've supported and made fan art of HRS, thank you so gosh darn much.

So, as much as it pains me to say...
Helix Robotics Simulator is cancelled.
…For the time being.
I want to one day return to this when I have actual time to make a whole dang game.
But, no promises.

Let me make myself clear: This is NOT Sin's fault.
I do not blame him in the slightest for, lack of a better word, ditching the project. Game development seriously sucks, like a lot. I don't even know how he managed to do so much lol
(also sin if you're reading this do not feel guilt or i will smite you)

I'm sorry to anybody who may be sad over this. And I don't really know what to give to the community for their support.
I was going to originally release the whole RPG Maker MV Project File or give a little text file of the lore, but yet again there is still the chance I might come back to this, so I wouldn't want to spoil the surprise.

Thank you, all of you, for supporting. No matter if you made fan art or joined the Discord server or even just clicked on the page accidently. Thank you all for making me, and my friends, feel like we can achieve something great.
