I NEED HELP FINDING THIS!


I found this thumbnail on YouTube and wanted to see it origin

So I was in apz’s games and found on the page ä gameplay video of fnati.exe and the thumbnail looked intresting and I wanted to find the origin and screenshotted the thumbnail and got to work, i “unphoto negatived” the photos and Dod some other work untill i found out it was also a meme called “𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 mickey” or whatever (don’t mind the font please) and I thought that there was a video behind that image but I didn’t find anything, what im trying now is to find another perspective of the show that is a video and did not, thsi was cool tho.
