I think i'm very close to the lighting i want to add. I found a new trick to mask wario in Blender. I set the background to hideout, so that i can render wario without any light and background and then i painted the lighting and shadows in GIMP

The office is the most important thing for the game as it's the main thing you will look besides the cameras for the visual aspect. The cameras also have importance for the correct deluxe effect.
