Subjective Criticism
I took criticism seriously and saw what they said as true, as if it were something “objective.” For negative criticism that didn't make sense, I looked for reasons or explanations for why it didn't make sense, such as TRTF 2 New Times or FNAAngel's, but something I didn't take into account or didn't remember is that subjective criticism exists.
I think I should have seen it that way and not as serious criticism. Criticism happens because of personal taste, because of a popular opinion that people are influenced by, or because someone is trying to help by giving reasonable criticism, etc.
The thing is, instead of seeing those negative, destructive criticisms and taking them seriously or seeing them as hateful attacks, or perhaps positive criticisms as well, see them as something subjective and don't take them too seriously.
Arguing or explaining why a game is good or bad is not worth it. Just see it as opinions and that's it. And if you see that they are exaggerating with an opinion, such as “This game is the worst” or “This game is a masterpiece,” I think it's more than obvious. I think it's better to see it as something subjective and not something objectively serious.
Now I feel embarrassed remembering when I looked for reasons or logic behind the criticism of TRTF 2 NT, I could just ignore it
