I've been grinding some game dev shenanigans for the past two days, and I'm hoping to have all the basic mechanics done by Halloween. the big band aid is going to be inventory and crafting, as well as the encounters when the monster catches you.

Next up

Title menu, overworld, and lighting system are my next 3 projects I'm working on. Items like matches will be the first of interactable items that I plan on coding in, just to get lighting mechanics out of the way.

Inventory is up and working, game has a total of 60 items with descriptions of each item. Functions of the items are just for show until I start working more mechanics into the game. These past few days were a pain, but hopefully things will get easier.
